Al Jallaf now offers notary services to companies and individuals in Dubai
Amna Al Jallaf and the team are pleased to announce the launch of Al Jallaf's Private Notary Office. We can now offer a private, convenient and speedy alternative to the Notary Public for individuals and companies in Dubai for a competitive fixed-fee.
Notary services were previously only available through government Notary Public branches, but are now also available from a select number of UAE Advocacy Firms. Al Jallaf’s Private Notary Services are provided by Managing Partner, Amna Al Jallaf, who will be supported by a skilled team of bilingual Senior and Junior Lawyers.
Al Jallaf can now notarise a wide range of documents for a fixed fee, including:
- Memoranda of Association of LLCs;
- Memoranda of Association of Partnerships;
- Memoranda of Association of Civil Works Company;
- Agreements for the Appointment of UAE National Service Agents; and
- General and Specific Powers of Attorney (coming soon).

How It Works

In the event you instruct Al Jallaf to complete multiple transactions, the discount shall only be applied to the cheapest of the applicable fees.
