New Hires Strengthen Al Jallaf’s Banking and Finance Sector Specialism

Al Jallaf welcomes Senior Lawyer and UAE Advocate Maitha Al Saffar and Senior Paralegal Mamdouh Ibrahim to its team

We are pleased to announce the expansion of our team to include Senior Lawyer and UAE Advocate Maitha Mohammad Al Saffar and Senior Paralegal Mamdouh B. Ibrahim . Maitha is former Legal Counsel and Deputy Head of the Mortgage Unit of a leading regional bank. She has over 10 years experience in the banking and finance sector, with a strong and varied background in finance, corporate and retail matters. Maitha will further cement Al Jallaf’s already strong capabilities in Banking and Finance litigation, joining Al Jallaf’s other specialists: Legal Consultant Yacoub Qassar and Advocate Oasha Al Mehairi. Al Jallaf’s Banking and Finance team now boasts over 55 years of combined experience in the sector. Mamdouh will provide critical support and added value to Al Jallaf’s work. He is a highly experienced Senior Paralegal, having previously worked for international law firms and as part of the in-house legal departments of a number of multinational corporations. Mamdouh’s work covers the spectrum of Al Jallaf’s core services and sectors, and he has a particular interest in the construction and real estate sectors. He is fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English. Mamdouh takes over from Mohammad Mian, who has accepted a position at an international law firm. We wish Mohammad every success in his new role.
